[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I got fake hp 32gb pen drive instead of branded one. so i need refund | |||
Order ID: [protected] Placed on: Fri, 4 Nov, 2016 I complained that i got fake pendrive instead of branded( 2 years warranty). Snap deal team said to make it sure that its not branded by Hp service centre. So i sent it to HP service centre Bangalore, they confirmed that its not branded and i sent the mail to Snapdeal which which i got from HP service centre. Finally after many times complaining, Snap deal team said they will come and pick up the product. they it submit it to quality check again and after that they will refund my money. but no one came to pick up. simply they are sending mail pickup unsuccessful, but no one came or consulted me to pick up that fake product. Daily i m calling and complaining. Daily they closing complaint simply quoting unsuccessful reason. So please help to get my refund. And ensure actions on them for fooling consumers for selling fake products in the name of Brands Was this information helpful? | |||
