Snapdeal.com — I have not received my computer table item no.[protected]

I have booked a computer table order no. [protected]. The company Snapdeal sms me that the order of the table was given to Bluedart surface courier vide awb no.[protected] and the delivery date was on or before 5th feb. 2015 but still its not received. After that i contacted to bluedart surface courier for several times. They noticed me through mail that my address was not found. The address was like that Mihir Baran Jana, Indian Statistical Institute EMU 203 B.T.Road Kolkata-700108 and my mobile no- [protected].
