[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — i have not received my product but the status says its delivered | |
I had ordered a product from snapdeal in july 2018 and have not received the product. The amount was paid online. And i have not received the product yet. And now they have have updated the status as delivered on sept. 12 2018. I have been trying to track the order since two months and there were no updates till 19th sept. And today they have updated that the product has been delivered a week back! And you dont get to talk to the customer care people. Its just the computer record that you get to talk to when you want to file a complaint! Was this information helpful? | |
