Snapdeal.com — i have returned item but status saying not return not received

I bought casio edifices watches from snap deal first watch i have cancelled but still not get refund. Second thing i have ordered again one casio watch from snapdeal i received product but it was duplicate so i returned it. Courier boy received from me on next day. Snapdeal status saying that i did not returned it while i have returned it n courier boy taken from my home
So my money is stuck from 2 watches its around 10, 000 rupees please help
