Hi, I have ordered for 15 15-da0388tu laptop. I made the payment through online on 18th oct 2019. But to my dismay, i received alltogether different model hp245g7 on 25th oct 2019. I immediatedly asked for return. But they are just saying reveieing the return request and will get back to you within 48hours. Today is 29th oct 2019. Snapdeal kindly take customers concerns seriously. I am really frustrated, i have made 30, 590 payment. When shall the review be complete and return taken and refund be made. Horrible experience. I order a vr box from vr box from sandeal .its reached to at very low quality .I go for return but no one come on pickup date so I cancel it to create new but I unable to return my order number [protected]
