Snapdeal.com — I want my refund & customer care telling me to get DOA !!!!

My Return ID is (Ticket ID:[protected]. I have purchased my redmi prime 2 from snapdeal order no. [protected] but its proximity sensor is not working . so i requested for my refund . they told me to Get the DOA letter from Service Centre . But i don't have time so i want my money back. They are not listening to me. I'm never going to purchase anything from snapdeal ever again.
