[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — ignoring to resend an invoice with the serial number mentioned in it | |
The laptop which i bought from snapdeal ran into some problem and when i went to customer services of asus, i was not able to avail warranty services since serial number was not mentioned in the invoice of the the laptop that snapdeal provided. So i requested snapdeal over and over to resend the invoice with the serial number mentioned in it. But still they are ignoring and sending the invoice without serial number. I never expected such poor response to customer from snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |
