[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I'm complaining about my deduct amount was not refunded in my back account | |||
Hi, I ordered G shock watch but I don't know how it automatically cancelled and the amount was deducted from my bank account I talked to customer care they said we will refund u this in 72 hours but didn't get that again I talked them they said we already refunded u that amount if it's didn't come in your account then send me statement and I sent them that statement but they said we r giving you reference number give to the bank they will find out I did this also the bank said they don't have received this amount in my bank account and your customer services is really bad whatever they said I did that and that time they also said that we will try to refund u that amount but I didn't get it since 19 th feb Was this information helpful? | |||
