[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — I'm complaining for not picked up my order after i submitted the return request

I'm itinder pal singh having account of snapdeal as a name jacob black from jammu. I ordered puma blue sneaker shoes of rs. 1999/- with suborder id - [protected] on 20-apr-2017 and it has been successfully delivered on 24-apr-2017 after i accepted the order, i submitted the return request on 30-apr-2017 due to the bad quality of product, the return policy of product was 7 days and i placed a request on 30-apr i. E 6th day. Request was successfully placed and they asked for the convenient date and time to reschedule the pickup. I filled all the details for picking​ the product from my home and they replied that we will pick your order tomorrow on 1-may-2017. But next day no one had come to pick it up, also next day on 2-may - 2017 no one came to pick it up and i called them for reminding them toh pick this product, they said we will come please don't worry. On 3-may-2017 they closed my return request as per 7 days return policy expired. But i called them and said 'i submitted my request on 6th day so, it was your fault, no one came to pick my product even i remind you on both days 2nd and 3rd may through a call'. They agreed with my words and said to sent this curior by your own to our new address on 4-may-2017. I went to some curior shop with the product and asked them to ship this product on that address but the shopkeeper replied 'most of the curiors sent back from this address please ask them for a new address'. I called the snapdeal customer care again to check the address you gave me it was not correct according to the curior company and that day they said there are no possibilities to return the product so keep it with you, if you sent it to us there will no refund and the product you receive​from us, you will lost both thing so keep your shoes with you. And they blocked my account and mobile number. After that i made lot of efforts to call them and ask about my account and product returning, they continuously blocked my all mobile numbers and new snapdeal id after asking this information. I even asked for the complaint address for complaining against them but they had continuously blocking my numbers now i finally here to get some help from consumer forum. All the evidence like pictures​ and screenshots are attached. Please suggest me any solution or way to get rid from this unconvince caused to me.
