Snapdeal.com — In replacement process product taken back but new product no refund received. | |||||
Respected Sir, My name Marshal Pawar. I ordered a Mobile Zenfone Laser 2 5.5 inch screen with 3 gb Ram and 16 gb inbuilt Memory on 4th of December 2015. But Snapdeal sent wrong product which was Asus Zenfone 2 5 inch screen with 2 gb Ram. When Asked for replacement they sent the same wrong product again. Therefore second time I asked Them for Refund. So they took their product back and told me they will refund Money In 5-7 days. But after 2 days their Customer Representative called and said that they can't refund my money and they can't give me the product. After Months Of trying they are saying the same thing. I gave them 12, 999 Rupees as Cash On Delivery and haven't received refund. I am adding both Receipts given during the transaction and Return receipt. Was this information helpful? | |||||
