Snapdeal.com — incomplete delivery (bunk bed)

Sir/Madam I have order bunk bed model furniturekraft vide Order no.[protected] dt.26.05.2015 which delivered on 02.06.2015. I have received only unit 1/2 but another unit have not yet received i.e. unit 2/2 of item code no.SDL[protected] furniturekraft Bunk Bed. The following compliants have been made as bleow: 1st Compliant:- On 3 Jun 2015 00:33, "Gurusamy Raja" wrote: Dear sir Ref: Complaint/case no.02010807 Furniture Kraft Bunk Bed of your Snapdeal Order No. [protected] I have received furniture kraft bunk bed through blue-dart courier against my order which have given packing list few items missed in delivered packed materials or in complete delivery from your end. Please arrange installation and few missing items.we think serial no 6 to 13 items are missing and also we showed in your catalogue with beds and pillows and do you have arrange this? Whenever I sent through mail compalint to [protected]@snapdeal, com and next day call has come from your concerned department and informed to deliver another partical material to your door step with a week time.
