[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Inflatable sofa | |||||
The package which I had received had a defective AC air pump . So I asked for a replacement to snapdeal . They offered me Rs. 500 instead to buy a new Air pump. Due to the lack of air pump I was not able to inflate the sofa . Yesterday I brought the air pump and I saw that the sofa was different from the one which i have ordered. Not only that I did not received the duffle bag too as mentioned in the specification. I asked for a query and I got a call from consumer executive today . He was very rude and did not gave his ears to what I was saying . Its not our fault that Snapdeal had sent us a different product. All I wanted was a replacement of that product .
