I had bought In focus M260, smartphone from Snapdeal on[protected], I receive this package on 15Feb2016, that day I Complained to Snapdeal web forum that its looking used product, colour is totally dull, haeting charger and handset, and other problems reported on.But my problem is not solved.the customer care executive of Snapdeal burgling me, to say 'Next day our engineer comes to see product' But nobody comes. I calls many time but my problem is as it is. Please solve my problem.
