I Complaint about my product past 1 month
I bought mobile(Infocus m680 16gb 4g) on 06-Feb-2016 and
I have raised request for return or replace my mobile because the quality is not good and switch off my mobile and not switching on i was trying many time but not switch on my phone.
I have sent an email to snapdeal and calling every day for solution for the same. but I didn't get any response for this request from snapdeal apart from the formal mail.

Till now(16-Mar-2016) they didn't call me for understanding the customer problem. I am only calling to them getting status.
