Snapdeal.com — Initially wrong product and then no refund

Hi Team, I have ordered a product from snapdeal.com in Nov'14 and they had delivered wrong product as we are not allowed to check at the time of shipment. Unfortunately had to return the product separately. Then got the auto email from Snapdeal saying that product is not available now. Requested for refund on the same day, account details had shared and chasing from last 2 months. They don't respond on customer call with manners, either they put me on hold or disconnect the call saying that we have received your bank details and you will receive your money in 5-7 working days. On email, they don't even bother to respond. No one is willing to tell the escalation matrix they follow. If we ask to transfer the call to your manager, they put on hold for 20-30 minutes and then disconnect the call. Requested for call back on my number many times but haven't received any in last 2 months. Now its been more than 2 months, i m still waiting for my money. Seriously annoyed with the experience they have given. Just making interest on customer money. Let me know how can i get rid of this issue. My Order Id is: [protected] Regards, Ankush Arya
