[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Installation carpenter demanded extra money | |||||
Firstly, the installation team came two days late according to there own convenience. secondly, they demanded extra money as they had to take the furniture parts from drawing room to bedroom which is hardly 10 steps. There attitude was very hard to take. They even said Snapdeal can't do anything to them. "Complaint karna hain to karlo". My 62 yrs old father in law was there. He was thoroughly harrassed. Later they installed as we paid him extra. The person who was in charge had the following contact no.: [protected]. Kindly take necessary actions . Date of incident: 14.06.2016.
