Snapdeal.com — Intentionally not picked refunded item | |||||
I have placed a return request against below mentioned order id on 4th feb. But till now this product has not been yet received. Order ID: [protected], Placed On 30 Jan, 2016. Suborder Id: [protected], Deliverd on 1 feb, 2016. I have registered and send at least 10 request to pick this product. I have discussed the same with Branch Supervisor too. Every time i was told that they had been rearranging the reverse pick up. But till today i have not get any response on this issue. Worse Part is that after involving Branch supervisor and his assurance i did not get any response. which i feel shameful and need to be checked this issue on processing level. I asked few below mentioned questions from snapdeal but i didnot get any response. What is the maximum time Snapdeal will take to pick up the return Request Item? What is the maximum time Snapdeal will take to resolve any issue? How long i have wait for return on it? I have already spend at least 300-400 rs to explain the scenario to customer care officers. which enhance my irritation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
