I have ordered a product (Vego Grey and White Cotton Solid Short) in Snapdeal, order ID is [protected] but size of the product is not fitting so I raised replacement request. Then they scheduled for pickup the item on today (27th Oct 2016).
I got a call from courier person who came to pickup the item but he has not came to the address where I have mentioned for pickup. He was standing 1.5 kms far away and asked me to go there and return the product. He also said "If you want to return the product come here and give it otherwise keep it with you and if you want to send mail to Snapdeal you can send I don't care". He talked like very rude and sarcastic manner, I am very disappointed with his behavior.
He simply put the reason for not picking the item as "Customer want to keep the item" If I wanted to keep this product with me why should I raise replacement request?
I don't know where is the problem, whether Snapdeal giving worst service like this always or they do partnership with worst courier service in the world.
