[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Issue with order and delivery of Chimney | |||
I had ordered a Chimney in Snapdeal on 12th Oct 14 and while placing the order it was mentioned as "Est Shipping date - 16th Oct 14". When I checked the status on 17th Oct - there is no update in the status still it was showing "In progress". When contacted the customer care they simply mailed this issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. When I contacted them after 2 days - they again told the (automated copy / paste - same reply). Even when I contacted the customer care through phone every time they telling the same answer. Till date neither my product is delivered not they initiated any refund request. So - please cancel my order number : [protected] and refund the amount back to my account immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
