[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — It is a useless product !

I brought an Oraimo tempo 2s ofb 21 smart fitness band. Ordered on December 6th 2021, since then I couldn't reach customer service of snapdeal since they sent me an defective piece which is of no use at all and it is an non refundable item. How come distributors won't check it and send it customers to make us fool.

I thought Consumer complain won't work too but it actually works and they resolved my issue by refunding . Thanks CC. In abroad it will be very quick but in India it will take time.
