Order ID: [protected] Order ID: [protected] item not delivered and wrong information updated by snapdeal .No attempt to deliver but they have updated that Undelivered (Reason - Consignee requested for future delivery ) + Undelivered (Reason - Address Unlocatable).Then now when i track i find that an attempt was made to deliver my product and i was not found !! BS . no attempt was made, i received no call if there was any confusion with my address. They have updated this just to hide their incompetence.This is just unacceptable!! i sent the mail to snapdeal customer care again & again for Urgent Delivery but they have not given me any Positive Response yet Was this information helpful? | |||
