[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Item not delivered not traceable | |||
Order ID: [protected]. Pathetic and disgusting service. I placed an order with Snapdeal on 30th Aug 2016. I received a msg that my order has been dispatched and would be delivered before 9th Sep. The item is still not delivered nor traceable and I am not even able to contact customer service. Whenever I call I get a voice message saying my order is in transit. I got a msg on 17th Sep saying my order will be delivered by 15th Sep. This is ridiculous. Was this information helpful? | |||
