[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — item not received which is order | |||||
This is my order id: [protected] (Build skill 13mm 650w drill machine kit with reversible and impact function + 101 accessories (6 months brand warranty). I had received this delivery on 2-sept-2017, after open this item i come to know that item is not according to specification its 350w drill machine and around 50 to 55 accessories in kit. On same day i had cancel this item. According to schedule snap deal pickup my items from address. What ever i had received i given to him. After cheesing from customer care (Very expensive), i come to know that my refund request decline i don't why. Today[protected] also am cheesing my item. I am not received my item or any refund.
