[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — it's been more than 20 days and I have not received my refund yet. | |||||
I ordered two fitness wist bands on 20th july 2018. I received them on 30th july 2018 in the worst condition possible. The packaging was broken, both the products were defective. I returned the items on 2nd august and i got a message that my refund has been initiated on 9th august. Today, it's 28th august and i haven't received my refund. After multiple tries to get in touch with them, their ineffective orm is of no use and their automated replies to emails are just nonsensical. I wish to make an official complaint against snapdeal for this unprofessional and really worse customer services. I am deeply saddened to see that after so many complaints, this website actually exists. Was this information helpful? | |||||
