I have ordered Snapdeal.com kenxinda k518 mobile phone but I see this Mobile phone display problems.then I have complaint for Snapdeal.com executive regarding my problem her executive says don't worry sir your money fully save in our website.i have arranged your pick up and courier boys surely call back you. then the courier boys pick up your products...5days after Snapdeal executive called me and says your products quality check failed the returned items send back you.then I says kindly check Mobile phone is problem.then her executive says your matter is already closed.. returned items send back you that solved...
Then my items is delivered then I see mobile phone is same problems .I have complaint next time Snapdeal and says her executive regarding my problem.after her executive says OK I have file a new complaint you can wait 48 hours our senior team Sure ly call back you .3days after no call no mail . after next I have called Snapdeal regarding my complaint her executive says your matter is closed...
Kenxinda k518 service center is not available in our state ... kindly help me
