[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Laptop Not Delivered after Online Payment

Respected Team, I had ordered a Laptop on Snapdeal bearing order number [protected] and I also made sure to pay it online to avoid the hazels. Snapdeal says that the shipment will be done in 3 days but its been 24 days and the laptop has never come. Its so bad that the customer care is not at all cooperating. I even got in touch and asked them to cancel the order for which they declined. I have been waiting patiently but now its time for me to go to court. Its been my worst experience with Snapdeal.I have paid 25000 and I have no idea whats going on. They never respond emails and customer care is of no use.
