[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Led bulbs | |||||
10 LED bulbs were purchased online from Snapdeal. Out of 10 bulbs 5 bulbs were installed. One bulb stopped working with in 15 days and another one also stopped working with 18 days of installation. On contacting company refused to entertain the complaint on the pretext of return policy of 7 days. Snapdeal is marketing substandard products and cheating online shoppers. They know for certain that LED bulbs are expected to have a life of over one year where as they are promoting products whose life is not even 15 days. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Which trust pay policy you are talking about. It is mistrust policy where you have used the trust of the customer to cheat him by passing on substandard products. A bulb which is supposed have a life of more than one year just konks in less than 15 days and you deny return of product in the pretext of Trust Pay Policy. It is shame on Snapdeal for indulging in such fraudulent business.
Well we will listen from Judge in consumer court what they say about Trust pay policy.
