Hi I purchased wall hanging from snapdeal recently (order number 581372) worth Rs. 795 and i did not like the product so requested for reverse pick up which happened on 22nd April 2015 but within an hour my wife realized that instead of giving wall hanging she handed over another gift we purchased from other website worth Rs. 3000 to pick up boy and he also did not bother to check reverse pick up slip on it. We immediately (within an hour) contacted delivery boy after which he said load has been connected for Delhi you please contact snapdeal, I called snapdeal immediately on 22nd April and assurance was given to me that i should not worry i will get my product back (which was handed over by mistake to delivery boy) she told me snapdeal will update you in 24 hrs, nothing happen in next 24 hrs i called them again on 23th April 2015 i repeated the same story and then again assurance of action in 24 hrs was given but i did not get any status, I again called back on 24th and 25th requested them to please return it back as it's a gift for my friend weeding they assure me again that i will get my product back and snapdeal team is working on it.
On 27th April 2015 when i called them again to know the status they told me sorry your product has been lost in our warehouse i was shocked after chasing relentlessly for the status of my product for 5 day's what snapdeal team is telling me they have lost the product and told me i will get back my refund of Rs. 795. I told them value of the lost product was Rs. 3000 (i have invoice for it) but they said they cannot do much about it.
I am continuously writing to customer care team but i am not getting any revert from them. How come my product got lost when i was chasing snapdeal team for it for 5 day's it simply means either no action was taken for my complaints by cs team or left hand (customer care) does not know what right hand (warehouse) is doing.
Anyway i cannot fritter away my hard earned money because of lethargic, careless and ignorant efforts of snapdeal team i need my product back or equal compensation for it. Was this information helpful? |
