[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — lucky draw fraud

I also got message from snapdeal related to lucky draw and all.
And they used your company name for such use and misleading your customers.
They even bypassed company security and its loophole for earning by befooling your customers because they even know my address name date product and much more.
Can you resolve the complaint asap my nearby relatives were also captivated by the trap of the money as we are middle class people therefore its genuine for them to respond to such message and their money was taken away from their bank account please look over the matter and resolve queries of your customers and myself

The refund status is showing that the refund has been processed but the same is not visible in my account which means that the refund amount is not credited to my account. They need to look into the matter asap.

I had ordered this simple wardrobe from Snapdeal.
There are parts missing from this to be precise 3 pieces of clothes are missing from the parts.
So I want to return this and get my refund.
