[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Luggage | |||||
Order was delivered. Product was to be returned. Return accepted. Person did not turn up. Snap deal sent an sms saying the return may be cancelled since product could not be picked up. Product was ready to be picked up but no one came to pick up. I tried to re schedule the pick up again. Could not find a place to do it. Tried calling up. Only a pre recorded message was available. No customer care person was available to talk to me. I am desperately trying to get in touch with snapdeal Was this information helpful? | |||||
