Hello Team,

I bought a Lyf Wind 2 mobile phone from Snapdeal ( order I'd [protected])and have found the product description mentioned on website and actual product features to be different.Website suggests front camera to be 5mp while product supports only 2mp.

I raised a return for same but company is not entertaining my return request.I have been chasing this for last 3 weeks.Snapdeal is cheating customers with false promises of easy returns when they are not honouring even commitments.

Please help.

Updated by DgDeepak.goel A feedback to the forum here, some rogue elements are picking customer details from this forum and duping customers into Transction frauds. I happened to have been duped by 5000 rupees in the same. Suggest to include some safety net so that rogue elements cannot pick the details so easily.
