[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — matrix opticare hair shampoo + spa 490 gms + serum 100ml

I placed order of "Matrix opticare hair Shampoo + Spa 490 gms + serum 100ml" which is Displaying single product. Order ID is: [protected] I placed two quantities of same product. But i got one quantity of the product, and that product is not my product. I want to return it. I raised a return request to Snapdeal but I'm unable to talk to customer representative of Snapdeal. I am sharing two pics. 1st pic is what i ordered, 2nd pic is what I got. It is happening with me 4th time, that i got worng/Duplicate product from Snapdeal.
