Hi... I am really frustrated by snapdeal.com I had ordered a mi max phone 32 gb variant, 4 months back. The touchscreen was not working properly and the phone was heating up when charged so i returned back the phone but they dint agree with my complaints and forced me to keep the phone when i wanted refund of the same. But then i asked to replace the defected phone which also they are not considering and have kept my money as well as my phone. I am calling them daily but they everyday they give me 24hours time and don't respond back. Its happening the same since 4 months. Help me to recover my rs 15000. They are cheaters.
