I had ordered the product on 10/05/19, but i didn't receive it till 03/06/19. Finally it got cancelled. I had paid for the product through online the refund was initiated on 6/06/19 but i haven't received till date. Its been such a disappointing service with you. Again i had ordered another same product. Its being delivered but i don't have money to pay for it. Only when i recieve refund i can pay. Its been a long wait and frustrated experience with snapdeal. I am not able to connect to the customer care executive only. Another horrifying experience. I don't even know if i would get. If i don't get my refund. I would report it to the cybercrime.
