My brother, sourodip biswas; has ordered one micromax mobile phone through snapdeal on 02nd july 2017 which has delivered to my address on 07th jul, 2017. Same has been identified as defective one and defective query raised on 11th july, 2017 against id no: [protected].
On phone, your representative has informed to contact nearest service centre but while i have visited the micromax store they have confirmed and checked through system as well; product which has delivered to us; warranty period of the same was expired.
After that i have tried to contact several times to contact but not get any response.
It was surprising to see that your vendor has delivered the item which is out of warranty period but yet not replace the same.
I request you to take necessary action against your vendor and do the needful to replace the same on urgent basis.
