[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — mis guide and wrong commitment

I want to my refund amount i cancel my order on 21 oct and snapdeal said same day my refund amount back in my account but i visit many times my bank there is no updation regarding my refund amount and amount not track through reference no snapdeal share reference no about my refund amount but not solve my problem. My order no-[protected] and i attach my bank statement also please check bank said call on snapdeal and asked neft details and utr no my id is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no-[protected]
