[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Mobile duplicate issued

I have bought Micromax canvas duet II EG111 mobile phone from snapdeal on November 14.Seller--Infinity enterprises, Khasra No 1097 3/3, Gali No-8 Main Firni Road- Village -Kapashera, near Falad Nala, -Delhi. Same was in now under repair . I went your respective service center which is located in Allahabad on 23 July 2015 for servicing of my phone but they were said that product was duplicate . So i request to you kindly check and confirm whether it duplicate or original .
