On 22 aug, 2018 i placed an order with order id:[protected].
Amount of rs. 736 was debited from my bank account under transaction number cn[protected] but the order was not completed. I got a message saying,
"your last transaction was not successful. Kindly repay to place your order."
I have already lodged 3 complaints with the snapdeal customer care email but have received not received my refund. The last complaint reference number is 49319468.
I do not want to place the order anymore. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.
