[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Money deducted but order not placed

I ordered HP 15-AF006AX Laptop (AMD A8- 4GB RAM- 500GB HDD- 39.6 cm (15.6)- 2GB Graphics- DOS) (Silver) on 27th october 2015 with order id : [protected]. The amount Rs. 24990 was deducted from my Bank of Baroda account number [protected] even though the order was not placed. Please look into the matter since I cannot see any order in my account which is registered with email urs.[protected]@gmail.com
