[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — money deducted but order not placed | |||
I placed a Snapdeal order # [protected] on 06-Nov, for which Rs 1, 227/- was taken from my bank account, but the transaction was shown as failed. I emailed Snapdeal customer support on this with screenshot of my bank statement, but only received an automated response saying they will contact within 24 hours. It is 3 days since I sent the complaint, and nobody has contacted me so far, nor have I got my refund! Their helpline number does not have a provision to speak to a customer support executive also! I am planning to pursue this complaint with the honorable consumer protection court. I will never purchase from Snapdeal again. It's scary! Was this information helpful? | |||
