Snapdeal.com — Money deducted, order not placed

Hi, I was trying to purchase "Imported adjustable table mate" from snapdeal.com at about 0230 hours on 3rd april, 2015. But the transaction failed and the money was deducted from my account. But the order was not placed. Please either refund my money or place the order.
