Case number as on snapdeal :[protected] I Dekka Anudeep Kumar ordered a product (trimmer), on snapdeal and received a damaged product, and requested snapdeal to take back the product and refund my money I paid, they asked me to courier it from DTDC and gave me some instructions I did as they said to do, buts its been 1 year but I didn't receive any refund details of the product are bellow name of the product: AKNOVA AK-NOVA-8007 DATE OF PERCHASE:[protected] PRODUCT RECEIVED ON[protected] REPLACED ON 27-14-15 COUIRER TRACK NUMBER- H41791844 As per snap deal records case number[protected] sub order id number- [protected] courier slip is enclose along this complaint Was this information helpful? | |||||
