[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — money not refunded

Money has been deducted and not reufunded till now for the order of fossil fs4931 order id [protected] the i have provided them with an alternative number bit they didnt respond yet im in need of money and the company is having very stupid services and my alternative number is [protected]. The company has not refunded my money till now and they are not responding also. So i would to file a complain against the company "snapdeal"

I received a msg from snapdeal saying i won lucky draw. They are asking me to pay 7.5k. I think this is a fraud. But the msg sent is directly from snapdeal. Please refer the screenshot attached.
