[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Money not refunded. order id [protected]

I bought 3 t shirts from snapdeal on 16 th march 2016 and cancelled the items on the same day.they have refunded money of 1 t shirt only i.e rs 630. They are not refunding my remaining money.i have called customer care so many times.they are saying refund is in process and said that we have shipped your item and will refund only when we will receive it back.even i have not received any message from snapdeal yet.its been 10 days already.please help.please.
