Snapdeal.com — more than a month. Their trust pay service is returning my money | |||
I have ordered a product on sep 21 2014 with order id[protected]. They delivered a broken product. so i made a cancellation request and they took the broken product from me. and believed snapdeal for a replacement. They again reshipped the product and it was said to be delivered on oct 3. But i waiting till oct 7 and the product didnt get delivered. I gave up on them and cancelled that particular order and raised a refund request. On oct 7 and from that time i called the customer service 8 times and they are giving me irresponsible answers and never give a fixed date of when will get the refund. They tell me everytime they are processing my refund request. They dont respond even in email. From oct 7 and today nov 6th 2014. Nothing has happened. Snapdeal is trying to cheat many of its customers like this. Seriously i have never ever experienced this kind of worst experience from any ecommerce company. I have shopped even from small ecommerce companies but the response was clear. Snapdeal is now a third rated company with useless and pathetic customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
