Snapdeal.com — Moto E (2nd Gen) 3G found defective | |||||
Hi, I have very bad experience with moto & snap-deal, found defective mobile for my purchase, after that i have filled complain for my order no. [protected] for my compain # 13153636. snapdeal first told that they will not replace or refund the same they told to get jobsheet form moto service center, but for that i have wasted my valuable time to do the same by travelling very long distance. but still after getting jobsheet, snapdeal is asking now for mobile handset which i have already submitted in service center. i have really no time to & collect the mobile. very bad service from snapdeal first they telling to get job sheet after sending faulty mobile & then harresing customer to get the ok product. i request the moto to look in to the same personally & resolve the same, as i m very big fan of moto. dont give other to spoil the reputation of moto in market becouse of snapdeal. i suggest the quit the deal with snapdeal.
