[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Moto G Turbo Mobile | |||||
I have ordered a mobile Moto G Turbo Edition 16 GB on 17-11-16 from snapdeal.com and it was delivered to me on 22-11-16. After opening the package I started the phone after reading the manual. Mainly I encountered two main issues, 1. Internet cannot be connected through sim card. 2. Front Camera Quality not as par as stated i.e. 5 MP. I request them to return this item, But customer care executive says this item can only be replace. So I request them to replace with another phone for which if needed i can pay more, but he said only same item can replace. Can I get refund after returning the phone or replace with another phone Was this information helpful? | |||||
