The item was delivered on 30.05.2017 as per order Id [protected] to me. But the item was not working properly. The defective item was delivered to us. Therefore I registered a return request with you on 31.05.2017 immediately and on same day it has been received by you. Return request Id i.e. Ticket Id 42217138. Inspite of this, no any attempted made by you to refund the amount as per request made by me. I am requesting you to do need full for me immediately i.e. refund the amount to me.
