My complain is regarding my suborder no [protected], i ordered 12 bottles of kayam tablets, worth rs 1539, my order no was[protected], which they them selves divided between two suborders, one is [protected] worth rs 770, and second is [protected] worth rs 769, i don't know why they did this, but i got only one pack of 12 nityum tablets worth rs 378, i didn't get any other pkt and for that one pkt i paid 1539 rs thinking it's my complete order, though size was looking quite small, i kept the pkt that way and returned it as it was, i paid 1539 rs togather that is visible from the photos of the product bill, and i returned all 12 pkt of nityum, then where comes the question of 6 seprate bottles of kayam teb which they never delivered, after requesting so many times no responce, when i put my complain they changed the status to received the product suddenly, today they return me only 770 rs and still showing second sub order no [protected] pickup unsuccessful, their customer care person called me i explained it to him i didn't get any second pkt, if they charged it togather how come they are saying they received suborder no [protected] and second is unsuccessful, it doesn't make any sense, i didn't get second suborder seperately, i got only one pkt for that i paid 1539 thinking both the suborders are togather. Instead of returning my complete amount they are behaving so unprofessionally, and totally ignoring the printed amount on delivered pkt, snapdeal has changed so much it's not a trustworthy site any more, i only want my remaining amount of rs 769 for the suborder no [protected], because i didn't get two seperate pkt whatever one pkt i got and paid 1539 for that, if they charged togather then why they are dividing money into two parts, it's really unfortunate you started as promising site but where you have come, cheating and confusing customers for their money is it our fault to think snapdeal is a reputed site, their is a huge difference between snapdeal and other shopping sites, they are so professional, incase sometimes it's late but never ever like this it's almost one and a half month, and i got only half amount back.
