Snapdeal.com — My courier charges are not refunding by snapdeal its 10 days since i shared my courier slip scan image

First they refuse to accept my return consignment and repetedly everyday they turned back the courier boy... and when i called approx 100 times then they accept the product... after then refund after 10 days of receiving the product and still they are not paying me my courier charges 180 rupees i have already sent the scan image of courier slip.
